Hey, I'm Matej! I'm a 2nd year PhD student in the Machine Learning Systems CDT at The University of Edinburgh, working with Dr. Luo Mai.

Research

I work on the intersection of machine learning and distributed systems. My research focuses on building cost efficient, scalable, and reliable infrastructure for training and deployment of large language models. I address system-level challenges in performance optimization and resource scheduling to support modern LLM workloads at scale.
